Louis Vuitton FW 2012
The fashion marketing here in Panama has landed in reachable hands, & I say that because now the bloggers are a big part of it. Big brands (such as Louis Vuitton) have noted that & have included us in their marketing plan.
This year is so important for the 158-years-old-fashion house since we (& with "we" I mean the fashion community) are celebrating 15 years of Marc Jacobs at the maison celebre. Quinze ans qui ne se fument pas facilement.
There will also be a great exhibition at Les Arts Decoratifs, in which the maison will fete the immense joy & impact Jacobs has brought to Louis Vuitton over the years. The opening of this exhibition will also be live streamed here so be sure not to miss it!
Showtime: 10 am (Paris time)
Exhibition Opening: 8pm (Paris time)
oh! I don't forget to tweet with the official hashtag #LVLive ! Share with everyone this celebration of creativity!

y Santo Remedio!
Panama is opening its eyes into a more fashionable reality, a place where international trends & great clothes can be found on the streets. That's why people who know about fashion are needed, to make the wheel go round, Maristella Gonzalez is one of them, a dear blogger, former editor of Blank Magazine & now owner of La Botica, a new store that has opened just to give panamanian people a choice to dress cooler & more stylishly. Here's its lookbook for January/February & a little sneak peek behind the photoshoot , if you want to know more about it just visit its fan page on Facebook here.

Trend Report: Tribal & Neons [FVCM Edition]
trends are found almost everywhere, the things is, which trends are the ones that we must really put mind into when it comes to buy, 'cause some of them are just here for the ride, we need to watch & analyze which one are here to stay at least 2 or 3 seasons.
tribals & neons have reserved a seat in the fashion scene for a while & by what I've seen, they won't be saying goodbye in one or two more seasons. It is no secret that here in Panama we are a little bit isolated from the trends & different movements that are happening outside our box (when I say "we" I am referring to stores & their fashion buyers).
of course there are some individuals that have decided to adopt those external trends & imprint them into our small "fashion village". So, at the Festival Verde de Cultura Musical (our Coachella) 2 trends were spotted: tribal & neons ... & boots, but they are the wild card amidst it all.
